Lannie tells the story of her life in 20 minutes, including singing six entertaining, original songs, a capella, in her unique (let's just say) singing voice. The audience is touched by a humorous and emotional tale of an unhappy man who didn't think to question the fact of his gender until middle age. Once he did, he quickly became a she and started a new life. The rest of the hour is left for answering audience questions, which Lannie does openly and without embarassment.
The original songs are:
Lannie explains everything she did to change her body from male to female. Besides "the operation," her process included losing weight, taking female hormones, three years of painful laser and electrolysis treatments, whitening her teeth, and many other procedures. Audience members who may be contemplating a sex change themselves are fully informed of all they have to look forward to, while "normies"—normal people who will never change their sexes—are fascinated to see how much more there is to the process than just surgery. The take-away is that Lannie really did transform her body; in almost every way except chromosomes and bone structure, she now has a female body.

During the period that Lannie explored her gender to discover her true self, she also examined another aspect of her personality, her sexuality. While most people don't need to worry about their gender, Lannie believes everyone can enrich their lives by exploring their sexuality, like she did. In this lecture, Lannie discusses why such an exploration is healthy, and uses her personal experiences as a basis to show people where and how they might try stretching their sexual boundaries. She covers a broad range of topics including sexual orientation, non-intercourse sex play, kink, toys, bondage, and other areas. In the second part of the talk, she talks about how sex changed for her when she went from being a man to being a woman, and what a post-operative transsexual's sex life is like. The audince tours a world of sexual diversity many only glimpse at the movies. Even rarer is the opportunity to see this world from the unique viewpoint of a transsexual woman.
This lecture is explicit, and is not suitable for minors. However, Lannie's light-hearted approach and innocent demeanor keep session from becoming salicious or lewd.
